The space

Both spaces are truly unique within Chicago's Downtown "Loop" District. You will sit 28 floors up with expansive views throughout the home.
Both units are a 2-floor penthouses.
On the entry level floor are the two large bedrooms with KING beds and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom comes equipped with a walk-in closet.
The 2nd level greets you with a modern kitchen, living area, and PRIVATE outdoor patio.
Along with the units, you also have access to the amenity floor with lounge area, pool (Temporarily Closed), gym, doggy care, and more!

You have full access to the unit and the amenity floor, equipped with a pool, gym, lounge, and more!
Other things to note
No Local Guests (City or Suburbs)
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
Minimum age of 30 to book
Small Pet Fee (Under 20lbs, no shedding) - $200
Large Pet Fee - (Over 20lbs) - $300 and subject to host approval.
If the pet sheds, than we will require an additional $150 refundable Security deposit.
No guests without prior written consent from Landlord, and full names / ages.
The base price for this home is for 8 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $20 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 8 people.
The HVAC system is unique because it is a single duct system, meaning that it only blows heat or cool at a time - depending on the time of the year (set by City law). We provide fans and a floor HVAC unit within the property for the transition months.
There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you and your guests with a starter pack of toilet papers
Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.
Q: Is the Gym and Amenity floor shared?
A: Yes, it is shared so please be respectful of other tenants and guests using the space.
Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags with Radical Storage near our property. It allows you to store your bags for your optimal time :)
Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: What about PARKING?
A: Your reservation comes with two parking cards for the attached parking garage.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
