I checked in with no problem. When I got into my room to place extra clothing in the closet, a big cockroach was already living in there. Then I went to the front desk to request another room and the agent asked if I took a photo of the roach. Umm no call EcoLabs and gimme my new room. Then I asked for extra towel after leaving the pool and the desk agent didn’t want provide any. Ok cool. Then before bed, I requested extra bedding for the sleepover sofa and was denied again. This property was the worse I’ve ever seen

I was surprised that I had to be buzzed in to the front door during the day time. In the morning the person maintaining the breakfast area turned the TV from the morning news to a Spanish language sitcom so she could watch vs the 4 people having breakfast. For the price it was alright but I was a male traveling alone. I would not take my wife or send my daughter to this address. The businesses around it (gas stations) also had notes regarding no hoodies or masks allowed

Stayed 4 days for a tournament, wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room was not very clean there was trash from the previous visitor still between the beds and the air conditioner. The floor made our feets black if we didn’t leave our shoes on… There were spiders in the bed and the shower one crawled on one of us while sleeping. Good luck getting clean towels. The front doors lock so you need your card in the later hours. I was questioned about how many guest would be staying with me multiple times so intrusive not trying to be helpful. Staff was friendly but hard to find in the evenings. Rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days if you stay for long periods. The pillows are tiny recommend bringing your own. The beds were less than comfortable for the high dollar price of staying here. You are not allowed to take anything from “breakfast” out side of that area or to your room. Best thing about the area we could find is the gas station is the cheapest by $1 in town. We not recommend families or children brought to this area of town.

Every thing was fine, because I had my children and visiting from out of town I was given the presidential suite for the same price because I needed space! The staff was friendly. Would stay again, close to stores and restaurants.

We were in town for a funeral. Our room was right across from the pool. The kids were screaming in the pool which would have been fine but the walls are so thin it sounded like they were in our room. We were awakened at 1 am by a woman screaming at her boyfriend. She screamed non stop until 2 am and then intermittently after that. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was dead There was no way if anyone was on duty during the night that they couldn’t have heard it. We had a funeral to attend the next day and we were exhausted from no sleep.

I was in the second floor above the pool and underneath a very noisy family of about 6 and four of them were kids. The walls and floors are thin. You can literally hear a mouse pee on cotton. The sheets were dirty. The tub was dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom sink when asked for another room I was declined because I booked through a third-party when I asked for a refund that was also declined because I booked a third-party. I won’t even get into that complementary breakfast. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend you want to stay here!

I will never stay here again!!!!
Someone broke into my car and stole personal items from my family and I. The staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated. The bed are uncomfortable. I know have ptsd from the break in on my car because I am terrified of staying at any hotel now. If I’m not staying with a family or friend then my family and I now miss out on events because of it.

Horrible service ! No cleaned, and no change towel
This hotel was horrible, we was here four days and they never clean up the room and either change the towels. Horrible service because we asked for just change the towels and they never did.
