Hotel was just of the interstate but was quiet. The little treats at check in were appreciated. The hotel is showing its age but everything trail works. We were on the main floor but was quiet in the room. Breakfast was ok, not a fan of powdered eggs or whatever kind of sausages were served. Coffee, juice, tea and yogurt along with cereal were other options.

Perfect for a quick getaway, but nothing spectacular. Not a bad experience at all. Got some rest and enjoyed the room. Only downside is the AC kept shutting itself on when we kept setting for heat. The temp changes caused me to get sick the next day. Also, it seems the property has plumbing issues. Willing to try other Best Western locations as long as this is not an issue.

When we checked in, the front desk staff was great and very helpful. She was very upfront and apologetic that we were on the same floor as a group in town for a flag football event. Originally, our fan wasn’t working and we called to see if someone could come look at it, we were offered a different room. Ironically, while we were calling it randomly started working. The willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Our only really complaint was the bed was uncomfortable, a little firmer than we like, but that is a personal preference issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
