The bathroom was a decent size and fully functional. The room was a little crowded with a sitting chair and an ottoman that didn’t really fit. The TV had a broken cable so the screen was fuzzy. The room smelled funky and musty.

Pros: Close to dining, shopping and expressways. Felt safe in the area. Neg: Lots of outside noise and dog poo along the sidewalk where you park. Coffee tastes terrible but Starbucks is nearby. The tv does not turn to face the bed, bad mounting decision as most people want to lay in bed and watch tv.

The hotel was nice, when we got there we put stuff in the mini fridge which included boost and chocolate milk. When I drank the boost the next morning it was warm, come to find out the fridge was not plugged in and had to throw the milk out, also the phone in the room did not work. I would recommend this hotel but check the mini fridge first

This is a very clean, gorgeous hotel. The rooms are very spacious and gorgeous! They look even better than the pics. The only bad thing is that they charge you $18 for parking and their parking lots are so small that if you drive anything over the size of a small crossover, good lucking squeezing in & then getting out. And that’s IF they have parking spots available, when I stayed last weekend, I saw at 5 cars pull up & ask where else they can park & his response was that he’d call their sister hotel down the street & they would just have to walk back. And still get charged $18. My only issue is their parking situation is out of control that I only stay here now when the Double Tree across the street is booked.

The free breakfast was served ready to eat and the staff was very welcoming to my visiting accommodations. The only downsides was the other rowdy visitors and the key did not work for the side door when having to get to my car conveniently. Overall, I would like to come back if given the opportunity.

Disappointed. Nobody answered the front desk phone or checked messages between 6 am and 10 am, and then I was told no late check oit, too late to ask, no exceptions. Very inconvenient as I had work to get done and was counting on that time. I booked from a 3rd party which didn’t show my reward status and she didn’t ask either. It was just a firm NO. When I checked out another lady who was extremely nice asked about my stay and I said I was disappointed for the reason stated above. Not only did she try to accommodate with setting me up in the lobby, It turns out due to my reward status they should have permitted late check out but the First Lady never asked if I was a reward member. Whatever. I needed to work for my job and literally begged the lady on the phone for late check out. She clearly didn’t care as she didn’t bother to even check if I was eligible, which I was. Even if I am not eligible why be mean? Why not try to accommodate someone who has work commitments like the lady at check out tried to help? Aside from that the hotel was fine. The price was great — about 1/3rd of the next hotel I had booked, so I saved money but sacrificed the quality of service.
