I really liked how the hotel was right downtown, steps to the river and magnificent mile. The staff were very helpful (thank you An) and it was very clean. Even though the rooms were on the smaller side, it had more than enough space for a 4 night stay. Loved the upscale and modern finishes. Was really neat using my iPhone and the CitizenM app to control the blinds, lights and tv. Would definitely go back and to any other location in the world. Please come to Toronto!!!

This hotel is clean, quiet, and right in the heart of the city. We walked pretty much to every place we wanted to visit. The rooms are very small but very clean and have every amenity. The bed was comfortable. The gym is fantastic and well equipped. My only complaint is that the bathrooms have frosted glass walls which did not provide much privacy.

The hotel is located in downtown Chicago near the Riverwalk. There is a walking distance to lots of sightseeing locations. Obviously busy area. There is no parking available at the hotel. Finding Parking is a bit of headache if you are not familiar with the area. overnight parking costs $50-60. The hotel is modern and clean. There is a self checking-in system to pick room. Our Room was cozy however super tiny. The room was equipped with lots of fancy gadgets to change ambient colours, adjust blinds, etc.. we had one of upper level rooms on west side however view was masked by other adjacent building.

This hotel is so unique and cute! The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but very functional for 1-2 people. The room is controlled by an iPad which is really cool, and offers blackout curtains as well as day ones for a really cozy sleep.

Had to book a hotel last minute the night before my flight to the states and found this amazing property. Very affordable and reasonable price with new, clean and technologically advanced facilities. Room was made up beautifully with complimentary drinks tickets due to the occasion being our anniversary. Absolutely cannot recommend more. Nothing to complain about! Thank you!!

Please note that these rooms are really small. They’re perfect for one person. All the staff were nice except for one male bartender/dining room host. He didn’t acknowledge my husband nor my presence, but make sure people of a different race were well tended too. (We’re African American) I did like that we didn’t have to worry about our valuables being stolen when they cleaned the room. I would suggest getting a lint buster for the stuffed guy sitting on the bed.

Loved it’s a short walk to Grant Park for Lollapalooza! It’s quiet, clean and the staff are always friendly! There are so many good spots near by especially Giordanos!
