Park/Bucktown! 2 queen beds and full of amenities. Just a block from

everything this neighborhood has to offer and 2 blocks from the 'L' to take

you downtown or to O'hare Airport. Premium location to effortlessly walk from

our quiet side street and be in the heart of all the entertainment! I provide

all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable!

General Policies:



Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs - We're unable to accommodate early check-

ins or late check-outs. If you need extra time, consider booking an additional

night.



Guest Age Policy - Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy - Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility - The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking - Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise - Some ambient noise is part of city living.



**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

This was the perfect location for going out with our friends! The apartment was clean and well stocked. And even though it was within walking distance to nightlife, it was quiet inside. We enjoyed our stay!

Best location! I would definitely stay here again.
Clean property, nicely decorated, the location can't be beat. Very safe residential area yet close to all the action of the Wicker Park hub. You need to get SpotHero for overnight parking or park far away. I had an in and out very close by that only cost $110 for 6 nights and it was the best money I ever spent. Parking in this area is a bear, and I had my 81 year old mother with me so I didn't want to walk too far. Another thing to be aware of: I did not realize the laundry room was a communal space for the 3 other suites in the building and I left the connecting door unlocked! There should be a sign there telling guests to lock the door or "entrance to communal laundry room" or something. We did not even sit in the outdoor communal area because we didn't realize it was there! But it is a very nice spot. I would definitely stay here again. Red Awning did not answer my initial questions which was disconcerting, but I booked the room anyway. I was glad I did.
