The hotel room itself was nice. However I booked this hotel because they had a shuttle. Even though when I got to the airport there were several Hotel shuttles running for other hotels. I called this property and they told me the shuttle service was done for the night. When it got to the hotel I asked how early the shuttle start and they told me 5:30 a.m. When I went To To the leave for the airport at 5:30 a.m. for my 7:10 departure they told me the shuttle service doesn't start until 6:30. I could have booked a more premium hotel with shuttle service for the same price after having to pay for Uber service both ways.

They only pick up and drop off at terminal 2 but they didn’t tell us that till we called for our pickup. They also were not friendly on the phone regarding pickup. They noted the shuttle had a flat and it would be 35 min for pickup. They never came. They also didn’t call to tell me they didn’t have it fixed. I arrived back at the hotel 50 min after I had requested pickup using Uber. Shuttle wasn’t fixed and they did not offer to cover the cost of my Uber.

Airport pick up at 1100 oclock cost a $35.00 they said they will pick up from O'Hara Airport at 3:00 but that was at 4:00. The management said it was traffice issues but they only 9 mins away. Sure . 5hours from flight to ill room. Not great service at all

Avoid - a very run down hotel and 6 seat shuttle
A very run down hotel, never Best Western Plus standard Most critically, the hotel “shuttle” is not a shuttle bus. It is a 6 seated small SUV and can take only a few passengers plus bags at a time. Which is useless if traveling in a group Avoid, plenty of better options around O’Hare
