Clean and convenient!

Staff was great… However we had a heater that sounded like a jet 😱. After the 3rd complaint it was fixed & all was fine. Large parking lot with plenty of lights 👍 Would stay there again..

Upon arrival at the property and the use of the restroom toilet was not working properly. I was given an opportunity to use a different room in that room had an odor that was very unpleasant so we asked for another room and the curtain rod was loose and I couldn’t keep the curtain rod closed during showering. Property maintenance needs to be done to ensure these minor incidents are not occurring throughout the property.

I booked through Expedia so I'm not sure if it's Expedia or Best Western, but on my booking confirmation it has the address as Joliet Rd, La Grange. So I clicked right on the map in the email to google maps our way there. After showing up to a factory I called and was told no it's Joliet Rd, Countryside (I can't enter the street number because the review keeps blocking it, but the street number was the same for both). Thankfully just 10 minutes away from where it originally took us. But both address/road names exist so it may be helpful to update the map/city name so others aren't lost in an unfamiliar town in the dark too. :) Otherwise are stay was decent. Bathroom fan didn't work and outlets to plug in on the lap base didn't work. But the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly. I would book there again if I need to stay in that area again.

The stay was actually fine until housekeeping came in to clean the adjacent room in the morning. The gym was missing the additional pulling bars for the exercising machine. The breakfast selections were actually very good. overall, would recommend this location even though there might be some minor hiccups
