The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and there was no fan in the bathroom. Besides that the room was nice. Pretty good place to stay for the price.

It was overall a decent stay. The beds were super uncomfortable though. It was better to sleep on the floor with a blanket pallet. The rooms were clean and the fridge was bigger than most places so that was awesome. Not much for scenery if that’s what you’re into but it was close to a lot of food places. Staff weren’t super friendly but not rude so I’m ok with that. Ac works very well in the rooms. If they have softer beds, I’d come back to this location next time I visit

Solid front office staff and above average free breakfast for the money, but sadly no fresh fruit. Anna in the breakfast area was very warm and kind. On the downside, this location is right next to a noisy highway. And my room (321) did not have blackout curtains. Aside from that, a great experience overall for the money.

Great palce to stay
Fantastic place to stay - some of the friendliest staff I have encountered at at any hotel. They always seemed to be in a good happy mood, this includes the front staff as well as the house keeping staff. Rooms were very comfortable the building was very clean and a great location to the airport and commercial/industrial park

Staff wonderful, easy check in. Bed was a bit stiff for me, but my son’s was softer & comfortable. Carpet throughout, not a fan. I don’t know this area - didn’t appear to have food around. Free shuttle to the airport, it’s about 2 miles from ORD. We ordered food via Uber, it worked great and was wonderful. I would stay here again, it was reasonably priced.
