I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say that this one is one of the best if not best that I have stayed in so far. Value for money it is by far the best. It is clean, tasteful, comfortable beds and room, bathroom not huge but decent and clean and up to date. it is tastefully decorate. the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The gym is decent and provides a decent work out. And the breakfast is by far one of the best free ones that I have had in a long time. Real eggs, sausage and potatoes, good strong coffee, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, and fresh yoghurt. And the dining area is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Super shuttle service, excellent staff, good breakfast options, fantastic mattress and pillows. Hot water heater was burnt out when we were there unfortunately, but repairman was working on it the next morning.

Property is obviously very old! I arrived at night and the was NO outside lighting - very dark and I felt unsafe! My original room assignment (#323) smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and did not have a working security door latch. Had to change rooms. The hallways were dirty, dark, hot and musty. Every room door was very “banged-up” with chipping paint and dents.

The hotel was good value and exactly what I would expect of an airport hotel - the room was clean, bed was comfy, and the free shuttle was convenient for O'Hare. As others have said, the shuttle runs between 7am-11pm, and you need to pre-book at the reception. This was no problem for us due to our flight time, but worth mentioning. The area wasn't the most appealing (on a busy road, the nearby restaurants are only really accessible by car) but again is what I would expect of an airport hotel - we just used Doordash.
