Beautiful Bronzeville Duplex!

Welcome to your home away from home! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 1st floor unit, comfortably sleeps 6 adults. With a master suite upstairs and down for your own privacy. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short distance from downtown Chicago, 5 mins from the Lake as well as the nearby expressway, White Sox Stadium, and local restaurants. Getting around is a super easy with two train stations conveniently located nearby.

The space
Attractive, relatively new duplex condominium, including 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This 2 level unit has the flow of a single family with approximately 2,500 square feet. The first floor master bedroom includes a full bathroom with a double bowl sink, this level also includes a 2nd bedroom along with another full bathroom. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the first floor. The kitchen has granite counters, 42" cabinets and an island to anchor the space combined with the living/dining room creating a true open concept; sliding glass door provides easy access to the deck. The lower level offers a large, additional entertaining/family space; another bedroom and bathroom; and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guest access
There is plenty of free street parking located directly outside of the property. You'll also have complete access to the entire unit. As this is a residential building we ask that you pull the exterior door shut when coming and going, and keep noise down when going through the hallway. This building is a non-smoking building. Smoking is NOT allowed ANYWHERE INSIDE THE BUILDING. There are guests that have extreme sensitivity to smoke, so we do not allow smoking anywhere on the premises-you must smoke outside. Smoking inside results in an automatic $500 cleaning fee

Other things to note:

Additional Guest Charge - It is imperative that all guests be listed on reservation for security and insurance purpose. A charge of $100 per person will be added for each additional guest that's not listed for each night of your stay.

Reservations - Please provide first and last name for all guest(s) in your group at the time of reservation. Guest per reservation is capped at 6 to ensure all guest are accommodated sufficiently.

Third Party Bookings - Due to insurance and liability purposes, third party booking are prohibited.

Luggage Drop-off & Storage - If you arrive before check-in, need luggage stored between check-out or a later flight, storage is available for an additional fee of $25.

Wonderful Duplex
This rental property is in a very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. The unit was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The host answered all questions and made himself available as needed.
