The room we got had the window facing the highway which was very noisy. The front desk was accommodating and quickly gave us the room across the hall which was facing the parking lot and therefore quiet except that we could hear conversations being had at 2am through the wall from the room next to ours. Phone wasn’t working, so we couldn’t call front desk. In the morning informed front desk to fix phone…. Wasn’t done when we got back at night:( Corridors are not well lit and don’t look inviting. Needs an upgrade. Staff were pleasant. The breakfast lady was all over the place and ready to help. She deserves more stars.

The lobby, front entrance is nice. The rooms are older. Could use a fresh coat of paint in bathrooms. The ac/heater is a little loud. Breakfast and staff very nice and pleasant.

Upon arrival, the staff was very kind and attentive, getting us checked in quickly. Even during the continental breakfast, they were there to help at any given notice. Staff & Service: 5/5 While there are walkable facilities, restaurants and stores near Baymont, there is also a busy interstate right behind it. If you stay on the side of the interstate, expect to hear sounds of vehicles and traffic at any time of the day or night. Area around the property: 3/5 The room itself was clean and had average amenities. However, there were significantly noticeable signs of wear and tear: the bed frame was peeling, some of the wooden doors were chipped, the mattress cover (visible through the sheet) was frayed, and the smoke detector above the bed was hanging (wires attaching the frame were visible). Cleanliness: 5/5 Property Condition & Facilities: 3/5
