We had a nice time, the rooms are spacious and big however bathrooms are very old and dirty. Pool area is nice they were doing some works to building next to it so could of been better Breakfast had a great selection Staff were lovely and free drinking water and snacks was lovely

The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the major bus depo. I showed up early and the staff allowed me check in early without any issue. The mini bar was free of charge. The only complaint is the bathroom shower could use a renovation.

After our original hotel was closed due to flooding, we chose Nak Nakara and it was a lovely stay here, the room was basic but was quiet & comfortable with good aircon & a short walk to the pool. The breakfast was nice as was the dining area. The pool was clean with nice seating & a small bar area. The endless complimentary chilled fruit and water was so nice. And plenty of parking for scooter

A beautiful visit - Chiang Rai
The trip was amazing. The stay was beautiful. The hotel, if you can call it was so homely. Special shout out to my special friends JUM and PK, who took care of us. Jum was so helpful resolving any issues we had and helping us with sight seeing places - very courteous and kind. PK was a wonderful driver, tour guide and a friend. Please hire his services if you are ever in this hotel. You won’t regret it. Loved it all together.

Outstanding service at check in. Everything, from pool the rooms and grounds, is exceptionally clean. Free fruit, snack and water in the lobby is a nice perk. Lanna king room was very spacious. Good amount of hanging space and very generous sized fridge. Recommend accommodations in Chiang Rai.
