Gotta love the beauty of this hotel and of course the staff. This hotel is by the river and surrounded by big trees. Staff are amazing. They welcomed us with big smiles and great services starting from front desk to F&B and housekeeping. My room was big and well designed. I just wished I can stay longer. I cannot wait to go back and stay at this property.

Great hotel and customer attention

Puy the night manager was great. She went out of her way to make our stay better, upgraded our rooms and was very attentive. The staff in general is very good and truly care about their guests.

Excellent value in beautiful surroundings

A beautiful hotel with great amenities, comfort and delicious food. Spacious rooms with amazingly comfortable beds and superbly located. The Crown jewel of this hotel however is its staff. Every single member of staff went the extra mile to ensure an amazing stay and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to book this hotel again next time we’re in Chiang Rai. Very highly recommended.

The most beautiful resort I have stayed at in Asia. Staff were immensely helpful, the bar cosmopolitan, dinner competently served, and the breakfast buffet comprehensive. The reflections of the land features in the water around the property are stunning, especially the sunset in the Kok River.
