Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing amenities, decor, staff, and service. The location is perfection as many temples, restaurants, clubs, and activities are within 2 or more minutes. That said, the hotel is just far enough off the street to make the stay totally quiet and peaceful. The pool was an amazing respite after a days touring the sites nearby, too. Transportation arrived in under a minute, and the airport is 10 minutes away. I can’t praise this place enough!

Property is modern industrial style. Very clean, private, quiet, nice staff. Location is great for night markets and easy walking all around old town. Hotel is not visible from road, but accessible by a short, well lighted alley/driveway. Our taxi from airport had difficulty finding the hotel but all other drivers had no problem. They pick you up at street. No restaurant onsite, though, finding food in Thailand is not a problem.

The property itself was very nice, it seemed new. The pool was perfect because part of it was in the sun, and a smaller part was under the building and covered. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The property is located down a clean and well-lit alley, but the street in front of the alley was under construction - but that might be what should be expected in the old town section of a city such as Chiang Mai. In any case, we always felt safe and secure.

I liked the decor of the hotel and the service was great! I just wish they still had a cafe, at least for breakfast. But still, it was so close to many restaurants that it was still easy to get food. 🙂

Cozy spot in Chang Mai
Amazing place conveniently located in Old Town but tucked away nicely on a side street. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Great place to stay if you’re in Chang Mai.

You’re in the old city so walking is relatively safe except for the few motor bikes that may zip on by you. It’s in a quiet area so you do have to walk 5-10 minutes and then you can eat or drink. Car parking was a challenge and even getting a tuc tuc as you’re on al Quiet street. If you’re there for the Sunday night market you are literally steps away to one of the entrances. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again on my next visit if they have available rooms. I didn’t get the breakfast or eat at the hotel as I enjoyed wondering around town to find places to eat.

Great comfortable hotel except hot water
Great hotel located near lots of restaurants and bars, good quiet room. The hotel was clean and secure, air conditioning worked well. The only thing I’d say on a constructive note is that the bathroom only has cold water plumbed to the sink, plus the shower is luke warm at best so recommend the hotel resolves this. If the hot water was resolved I’d definitely stay here again.
