I thought that the hotel was good. Nice room. The staff were helpful and I liked them a lot. In terms of negatives, the hotel is a little to close to the main road and I prefer the general vibe/atmosphere in the old town (the hotel is only just outside the old town).

Stayed here 7 nights and no complaints. If anything the wifi is a little slow and annoying having to sign in every time, but no big deal really. Would stay here again for sure!

I stayed at Sleep Mai? for 8 nights from November 19-27. The hotel is ideally located in the Old City, a short walking distance to the Tha Pae Gate, several Night Markets, and even a tiny Muay Tae arena inside a shopping complex. The staff are awesome and are genuinely eager to serve. They are delightful. The rooms are exceptionally well-desigmed. My only suggestion is to cover the vegetables at the breakfast buffet to ward off the fruit flies. I will stay here the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. Our kids liked having McDonald’s nearby while we enjoyed trying different places. Side note, coffee shop at the corner has amazing iced lattes! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were backpacking and used their laundry service which returned on time and clean. We checked out at noon, but flight was at 5 and kids were a little overheated so the lobby was perfect to relax and play cards. Overall great stay and I would recommend for families.

Well located for exploring the old city
This small, bijou hotel is very well situated for exploring the old city as it is just off the very busy ring road, 5 minuted walk from the Thapae Gate. Unfortunately it is not the most tranquil of locations due to traffic noise and a very busy motorcycle repair place directly opposite. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is basic with limited choice and quality but the availability of fresh coffee all day long is a nice touch. The small swimming pool at the front of the hotel is spotlessly clean and welcome after a days sightseeing, and other nice touches, such as the Netflix movie nights give the place a unique and homely feel. All in all, good value for money, ideal for single travellers or couples.

New hotel with the worst internet I have ever experienced. It crashed out often and when it did work my speed checker hardly registered. The staff are great. Breakfast sound. Very little to absorb noise of people outside so being in a room by the stairs was not idea and got woken several times
