Very cool rooms and great location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The Nimman area is see definitely tourist friendly and very safe even at night. The only complaints that make it a 4 star review are that our room was very musty, had very little light, and the bathroom doors were broken; as well as the breakfast buffet was kind of sparse.

Wifi cut off at 5 AM on day of checkout. REALLY!!! They charge too much for extra services such as arranging transfers to airport or excursions. Beer is twice as much as the mall area where they have live music. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for convivence but I don't like to feel like I am getting absolutely ripped off and that gives you a bad taste for the rest of the stay which was very nice.

The lobby is under renovation, so almost no lobby area. Room is spacious enough, they provide everything you can think of. Mini bar over priced. Laundry service was over priced, compared with the other hotel I stayed in Chiang Mai Location is great though.
