Spacious basement with brand new kitchen

This country delight is perfect for your family or working home-base. Only about 10 minutes away from Cheyenne, but you may not want to leave! Lots of space to spread out and plenty of spots to come together. Brand new stylish kitchen, huge gas fireplace, and outdoor fire pit (with permission - weather permitting).
This is our family home that we are offering up temporarily. We love living here and know you’ll enjoy it too!

Beautifully updated farm house, with classic charm but modern amenities. 3 bedrooms. A washer and dryer is available for guest use.

The home is located on 10 acres. There is a large parking area with plenty of room for your vehicle(s)

I don't live on site, but we are available between 7am and 10pm. Call anytime for urgent needs.

This is our family home. We’re happy to share it with you, but ask that you treat it with respect and care.

Pets are welcome, but we do charge a $10/pet per night for a max of $50 per stay.

The main floor is being offered separately; please be respectful of any guests and observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

No parties allowed (exceptions made on a case by case basis)
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the listing. Outside smoking must be done away from the house and be respectful of other potential guests.

House hunting in cheyenne
We used this apartment as our home base for house hunting in cheyenne. We stayed for the last 7 days of our excursion with a teen, a 8 yo, mom, dad, and grandma. The unit is large and very clean especially for a vacation rental. Lots of open space outside, nice front yard with green grass. Front community seating area with lounge chairs. Back field has great vieews of the sunsets, front drive and yard has great views of the sunrise.

Cute basement unit didn’t feel like a basement at all. Cute unit . We had a one night stay. There was plenty of room for our family of five. They had games and things for the kids to play with. Check in and check out procedures were clear. Easy to contact the host when needed.

Out of town, great location. Wonderful stay.
Great stay in basement apartment. The caretakers were immediately responsive to all needs. It is recently remodeled, very clean and cozy. I stayed for a month, was mostly alone but did have my young family visit a few times. The kids LOVED the Legos that were provided. One bed has a slide, so fun. The layout is a little strange, you walk into one bedroom as you enter the door. It wasn't a problem for us but if you are dependent upon full privacy for every bedroom, it may be a down side. Being a basement, you can hear the upstairs renters but it wasn't a problem. The heat seems to be controlled from upstairs, so that was a bit of an issue as I was there in February. But there is a very nice gas fireplace. Washer and dryer are in the apartment. The kitchen is open and well equipped, they had good quality knives, which was awesome. My pet peeve about vacation homes is so often they provide terrible knives. Not here! The parking area is paved and large. It did snow while I was there and the parking area and driveway were plowed. It's a 15 minute drive to the Capital/downtown. I would stay again.

Basement apartment
Very clean property. Lots of space. It is out of town a few miles, but still accessible by Uber. My only complaint would be that there was no temperature controls. Overall a great place to stay.
