Perfect Family Holiday
Lovely location and perfect for a large family getaway. We were 14 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of space for us. Basically two houses joined by communal pool. There is and indoor pool, sauna, and space for quiet reading. The property is by a farm and there are loads of animals for small children and a games room for table football & ping pong. On wet days the cinema rooms was perfect and very much the „icing on the cake“. Patrick the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the number of flies given the summer weather and location near a farm. Great place for cycling,running, walking, relaxing, wine tasting and much more as large towns are only a short drive away.

Perfect for a get together
We were a group of 4 families, 8 adults and 8 kids and the combination of bedrooms and great shared spaces was absolutely perfect. The pools were amazing, the cinema room was a complete hit and the dining areas were ideal. It is hard to visualise the house from the photos and the layout is a bit labyrinthine but very lovely.

Patrick's gites are tucked into the Burgundy countryside, in the heart of wine country. There are two gites separated by a veranda with very functional layouts. The both had 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms + one large bedroom that sleeps 5) and 2 WCs. There is also great artwork, apparently from extensive travels, that brings life to the walls. The main one's kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of room. We were two families, with 4 adults and 6 children total. The kids loved moving between the houses and around the large property. The property, itself, is perfect for kids - there is the horse farm (trail rides and lessons were arranged), the fun game room, a pool, and other animals (guinea pigs, miniature horses, peacocks). The location is excellent and it's an easy drive to Nuits St. George, Beaune, and Dijon. We spent a day hiking on one of the wine paths, which was a highlight. Of course, wine tasting was easy and Patrick was able to connect us with a local vintner. The area is also home to cassis, which is quite delicious. Our stay was not long enough and we would love to return!!! Merci Patrick!

Wonderful for the kids and parents alike
We had a fantastic time in Patrick's gite. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, horseback riding, farm animals, peacocks, the trampoline, and just running around. Parents enjoyed exploring the wine country and tasting late into the night. Everyone enjoyed the local gastronomy. Patrick is a wonderful host, always around and helpful. Highly recommended.

Un week-end de rêve en famille ! L'hôte, d'une grande sympathie, rend le séjour très agréable. Le gîte est superbe avec des chambres magnifiques et des salons confortables où l'on se sent immédiatement à l'aise. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine intérieure exceptionnelle, exploré l'écurie lors d'une belle ballade à l'extérieurs. Les villes et villages environnants sont également très jolis. En un mot : parfait !"

Le gîte est incroyable, nous avons passé un séjour parfait entre amis. Nous étions 11 adultes et 6 enfants de 1 à 7 ans. Un week-end ne suffit pas pour profiter de toutes les possibilités qu’offre ce gîte : piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure, salle de cinéma, salle de jeux, sauna… Le centre équestre a permis aux enfants de faire du poney samedi après-midi. Notre hôte a été très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir! Merci pour tout

Séjour idyllique !
Magnifique gîte en pleine nature, espaces parfaitement adaptés à une cousinade réunissant adultes et jeunes enfants. Le lieu est accueillant, paisible et adapté pour les soirées sans réveiller les enfants qui dormaient dans la yourte un peu éloigné du gîte. Enfant , comme adulte ont été ravis de ce lieu très chaleureux !!

Papy, c'est le paradis ici!
Telle est la conclusion de notre dernière petite fille de 7 ans. Nous étions 16 en tout et avons passés 4 jours extra entre l'accueil de Patrick, la piscine intérieure, la salle de jeux, les poneys et la salle de cinéma, les enfants de tous âges en ont bien profités. Les espaces sont larges, les chambres confortables, le cadre magnifique et l'environnement très agréable. Merci Patrick, on reviendra !

MAGIQUE ET SURPRENANT
Nous n'avons pas été gâtés par le temps !! nous avons quand même pu faire quelques balades sympas entre deux averses et une visite: Les Hospices de Beaune sont magnifiques! Heureusement le gite est plein de ressources, la piscine couverte( beaucoup plus grande qu'elle ne parait sur les photos!) la salle de jeux et bien sûr la salle de cinéma ont agrémenté notre séjour Le gite est très spacieux ,très propre et bien chauffé (merci pour l'arrivée avec les poëles allumés et l'ambiance cosy!)et surtout il y a des espaces séparés pour s'isoler si on le désire,c'est important quand on cohabite à 16personnes On sent ce lieu "habité" tout est harmonieux ,le centre équestre magnifique et propre s'intègre parfaitement à l'architecture générale du domaine, Bravo, nous sommes tombés sous le charme et nous reviendrons!! N'oublions pas de remercier les propriétaires attentionnés mais discrets et pas chichiteux qui nous ont mis en contact avec une professionnelle du vin qui nous a organisé une dégustation aux gites mémorable!

Parfait!
Nous avons passé une très belle cousinade! La propriété est top, spacieuse très bien agencée. La piscine couverte et le sauna sont de vrais atouts surtout en hiver ! Peu d’endroits ont une piscine couverte , une piscine d’été et un sauna. Le propriétaire est très disponible et bien à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Il est très serviable et la communication est facile. Les animaux tout autour et le centre équestre sont un paradis pour les enfants. Il est fréquent également de croiser des paons autour de la maison. Les balades aux alentours sont très agréables et multiples, que ce soit dans les vignes, dans les bois ou encore dans les bonnes caves …je recommande +++ nous reviendrons et merci encore à Patrick.

Nous avons loué cette maison en décembre pour une cousinade. Nous l'avions sélectionnée pour son atout principal: la piscine intérieure chauffée. Grosse déception en constatant qu'il fallait sortir de la maison et descendre un petit chemin pour y accéder. Absolument pas pratique en hiver. Chemin mal éclairé. Rien pour se changer sur place donc il faut venir en maillot de bain. Glaglagla .... Nous avons fait une tentative 1 fois mais en plus l'eau n'était pas chaude. Les ado n'ont même pas pu se baigner. De plus, les fenêtres du propriétaire donne sur cette piscine. On se sent un peu observé. Enfin, dommage qu'elle soit interdite après 20h. Dernier bémol c'est que sur les photos on voit une salle de jeu avec trampoline et table de ping pong mais elle n'est pas dans la maison mais dans le centre équestre à côté. Nous aurions aimé avoir cette information. Bref, je pense qu'en été cette maison est fabuleuse mais en hiver, elle ne vaut pas son prix de location
