Television did not have TV guide function or channel list. No smart apps or streaming services either. This makes trying to find something to watch almost impossible. Forget the fancy decor, they should be concentrating on getting the simple things right first. Will not be staying again.

I would highly recommend this hotel, this is the third time I have stayed. Each rate as excellent. The staff as super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean spacious and well equipped. Eating options are great with two completely different areas both with plenty of choices.

Very enjoyable stay at Casa. Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options available. My only complaint is: I emailed them a few days before arriving to enquire about a late checkout... the response was fast, I was advised that a request had been logged on the system and to check with reception at check in. I did, and we had been granted a late check out. All very good so far. Fast forward to check-out the next day and to my astonishment was charged £15. It was only for a 2hr extension. That was quite an expensive lay-in I thought and at no point did anyone, either during the email exchange or at reception tell me there would be this additional charge. It soured my stay somewhat as it was unexpected. A sad end to an otherwise lovely stay. Be more transparent Casa.
