Friendly staff , Gave us advice for navigating the city. Had an issue with shower but it was fixed same day. Only con was the narrow steep stairs up to our room but we didn't ask for accessible room when booking so our error. Central location, easy walking distance to city centre. Plenty cafés, restaurants nearby as well as a Tesco Express.

Great price for the location. Bus stop round the corner. Lots of places to eat, drink & explore close by. Clean & comfortable. Good communication from owners. Stairs up to the rooms so not great if you've got lots of luggage (or are unfit!) Some adverts say breakfast is included but it isn't. There is on street parking available from 6pm to 8am,first come first served basis.

Great welcome, clean and tastefully furnished room, nice en-suite and plenty of tea and coffee supplied with fresh milk! Conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Could not have asked for more!

Great place to stay in Chester. The hosts were lovely and very helpful with information on parking, where to go and the pubs and where to eat. The pub across the road was one recommended and it was a great place every friendly and great food

Nice property in a great location for access to Chester. Alison & Dave on hand when we arrived to check in with lots of help around parking and surrounding area. Hopefully will visit again soon.

Superb one-night stay
Our stay was to split a long journey south so it was only for one night. Self-entry was straightforward, room more than sufficient for our needs bed very comfortable and room temperature perfect, unlike a lot of places! We were a minutes walk to main street & all amenities and although breakfast was not provided we had ample choice nearby when we left. Host very friendly - all in all, we will definitely be returning!

Great location
It was in a very good location to get into shopping area or down to the river. It was very clean the only downside is the bathroom it’s very tiny so if you stayed for more than 1 night you might struggle
