This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
• Due to health and safety regulations, any guests staying more than 14 days will be required to pay for an additional clean and bed linen change.

o 2 guest spaces nearby (first come, first served)
o Additional parking on Chessmount Rise (due to private road restrictions are not permitted to park outside the front of the house)
o Contractors: Due to private road restrictions, heavy-duty vehicles are not permitted to park on the private road (please park on Chessmount Rise).
