OMG this place was terrible. The AC in the room was leaking causing the carpet to become wet which caused mildew causing the room to smell like cat pee. It was horrible. I was there working nursing shift, the shifts were cancelled the hotel refused to refund my money.
We booked several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival a hotel employee called to tell us they could only provide a smoking room that night. That was the only available room to sleep three people. We accepted the room anyway because it was late to change plans. I explained we would be arriving very late. When we arrived we had to call for a desk attendant to come to the desk. The staff was polite. The room had large cockroaches and we weren’t provided sheets or pillows for the pull out couch.
I was assigned a room that looked like it wasn’t cleaned very well before a new guest arrived. The towels looked dirty and the refrigerator looked like it had mold in the seal. One of the cabinets was only attached by one hinge. I was moved to another room. That night the fire alarm went off at 1130pm. Other guest had said it happens pretty regularly however I only experienced that one night. After that my stay was uneventful. It was an inexpensive stay compared to other rooms in the area.
I like the Grocery store and the fast food places nearby. I hotel it self was nasty and had a stinky smell. Also the room was Outdated and nasty. The beds looke awful.
it was awful, the room was nasty, pretty run down, roaches everywhere too. would not recommend, i actually recommend it gets torn down because no renovation is going to safe this hotel
It smelled awful. Dogs urinating in the only elevator the in entire hotel. No smoking in rooms, but burn holes in carpet. Smell in hallway is horrible with massive stains in carpet. Roaches every night on the floor in the bathroom, on the bedroom walls and floor. The freezer worked but not the fridge. Reported that to the front desk and it took them two days to send someone. The phone they have in each room(which is plugged in) doesn't have a dial tone. If you need the front desk you must come down and if there is no one there you are to use a wall phone and dial 500. There was a massive sink leak in the bathroom that kept the floor super wet. I was told by a manager that they only clean every 2 weeks. This building on the out side looks great. I looked at two rooms and they were horrible. All the interior of the building is old and falling apart!
My stay started out with dirty sheets and mattress cover had blood stains. We went to the Walmart to buy new sheets for the bed and used our own blankets that we travel with. There was about ten dogs staying there at the time we were there if I could have got my money back I would have stayed somewhere else. Dog hair in elevator and felt like fleas was crawling on you so I brought some flea spray and sprayed the elevator and hallway and my room every day I was there I also bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. Shower head was broken and sink faucet handle didn't work properly carpet was dirty and stinky like dogs.
Overall customer service was terrible. Room was dirty. Fridge had mold and grass in it. Rooms were limited so clerk allowed another customer to check into my room while I was out. When I came back I couldn’t get into my room and items were missing. Please do not stay here. This place is unprofessional and unsanitary.
We checked in kind of late around 9pm and no one was at the front desk. We had to wait about an 1-hr to check in.
The room was bar minimum & very basic. There was no coffee pot or ironing board. The toiletries were for a one night stay & I stayed 2-nights. The carpet was filthy & the bedding was very shabby (thin & cheap). Basically if you want a place to lay your head then this is the place for you but if you want a real experience try somewhere else. This place seemed like a boarding house & not a hot.
