The check in was awesome. Caleb was so knowledgeable and gave me so much good information. He gave me the room details that was staying in. The bonus details he gave was future places to fish from. He made my 10th anniversary with my significant other a great stay. Also his colleague that was with him was great.

Nice mature hotel thats convenient to everything.
Overall a good hotel with mostly all pluses. Clean, comfortable, character, restaurants convenient to everything (all within walking distance) including Chesapeake Bay, stores and restaurants. The minuses they only give you one wash cloth per person and the rug in the room seemed old and no microwave in room.

Good location and very tidy. The shower head needed to be replaced as it looked ancient and was spraying water everywhere. Stayed two nights but had no room service provided after the first night. I lked the staff and the location which was close to family.

First visit. Overall a nice place. The marina and views were very nice. The shower had mold. Also an extra resort fee was charged but no resort type offerings were open for the winter. Had the bathroom shower been clean and without the resort fee I would have given better ratings. I do however, think we will be back in warmer weather to check it all out.

The property is under construction. Hot water took a while. Mattress was poor quality. The front desk was very accommodating. Expedia was informed when we arrived and I was told I would be given a full refund. The next day I spent over an hour with your horrible staff who offered me $100!

I almost cancelled my reservation based on some of the poor reviews I read. However, the stay met my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The grounds were clean. The resort was overall quiet due to the season. There was construction in progress but it was not disruptive. I enjoyed my stay.
