Staying at the Hurrah Hotel and Casino in North Carolina, was quite the adventure—certainly not a bad one, but a memorable one for sure! Our check-in felt more like a scavenger hunt as we navigated the maze to find our room. To add some spice to the experience, a certain female valet decided to treat us with a sprinkle of rudeness. As for our room, it had its quirks: the HVAC unit was louder than a rock concert, and the sink drained at a leisurely pace, perfect for those who enjoy a little suspense in their daily routines. Dinner at Ruth's Chris was a mixed bag—everything was fine, except for those cold mashed potatoes that were probably auditioning for a role in a freezer commercial. Our server was on point, though, so we were well taken care of. Room service? It was decent but came with a price tag that made my wallet weep. But the real star of the show? The concert hall where we got to see Babyface perform. That was the cherry on top of our wild ride!

What I didn't like was the closet in the rooms are tiny, the lighting at the door is to dim the mirror is too short and no lighting over it, housekeeping would not pick up dirty towel on request, clean towels was replaced only after a call to housekeeping, and the carpet was soiled. The rooms has a lot of wasted space 2 chairs and a sofa would have been more accommodating.

This casino was next level… Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Vegas style resort with Amazing Restaurants!!! Staff, hotel, and casino was phenomenal! Beautiful surroundings. Close to Gatlinburg for an extended vacation. This is a must go!

We always enjoy our trip. Hotel is nice and casino is large. Guy Fieri restaurant is very good. My only complaint is I have visited several times this year and have a Harrah’s card, but hotel charged me $20 for a late checkout of 1 hour. It was a Monday and the hotel was almost empty. I thought that felt petty. They charge for drinks and say “we don’t have to” when you ask why not free. Nice place but they need some competition.
