Wundervoller Umgang mit den Hotelgästen. Unser Flug wurde storniert und die Mitarbeiter, die eigentlich nur fürs Gepäck zuständig waren, haben sich um die gahze Sache gekümmert. Das Hotel ist im Zentrum und sehr bekannt. Es macht einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die moderne Einrichtung könnte mehr einen indischen Touch haben, aber gestört hat es auf jeden Fall nicht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung zeigen (was die Gerichte betrifft). Sonst war das Essen und der Service fabelhaft!

5 Sterne - aber mit Abstrichen

Das Hotel ist sehr gu aber nict Top. Da habe ich zu vergleichbaren Preisen schon viel besseres erlebt. Insbesondere die Buchung der Club-Kategorie hat sich überhaupt nicht gelohnt....
