Modern Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Home
Welcome to our modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with off road for up to 4 guests located on a quiet and peaceful road in popular Prestbury, close to Prestbury Village and the centre of Regency Cheltenham.
Located on a dead-end quiet road is our fully furnished and equipped modern self-catering home on Harvest Street and offers the following accommodation: private entrance leading to a comfy lounge diner with 'L' sofa, flat screen TV and dining table for 4. There's a separate kitchen with, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine along with a toaster kettle and microwave. The kitchen has patio doors that lead to a private enclosed patio garden with Astro turf lawn and dining table for 4. Downstairs also has a WC too.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a modern shower room. The Master bedroom has its own en suite shower and both bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers to store your belongings.
Harvest Street also has its own allocated parking space plus you'll find plenty of free street parking in the area for guests coming in more than 1 car.
Just outside the house but Harvest Street there is a great kids play area that comes with it's on zip line too!
We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners.
Your furry friends are welcome but we do charge £15 per pet per day.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar . Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils, however, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to access your own streaming accounts.
We also supply all linen for both double beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with shower gel, shampoo & face / body cream. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- We welcome pets but do charge £15 per day per pet to cover the extra cleaning costs that are often required.
- This home is strictly no smoking which includes the rear garden.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
