Hi. Thanks for your interest in my apartment in Cheltenham.

This is a one bedroom Apartment with double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook for yourself with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cafetière and toaster. All the utensils and pots and pans necessary.

The flat has fast broadband WiFi and is less than 15 min walk to the racecourse and 10 min walk to the town centre.

There is parking available on a first come first served basis in front of the building or there is free on-street parking across the road.

The flat is located perfectly for access to the racecourse and town centre on foot and is within walking distance of all the major festival venues for the literary, jazz, music etc festivals.

Perfect location
The flat was perfect for our stay. Very central, coffee shop next door and off street parking. We walked around the nearby park and into town. It was great to have the parking too. The flat was clean and tidy and met our needs. Although on a main street, it was quite at night. Contact with the owner was easy and professional. We would use again.

Short Stay with Family
I stayed here for two nights with my husband and teenage son. My son slept on the sofa bed which was very easy to set up. He slept well and said it was comfortable. My husband and I found the double bed very comfortable as well. There was enough room in the flat to store our belongings and move around easily. All essentials were provided, soaps, shower gels, shampoo, washing up liquid, washing detergent, toilet rolls etc. We had also been left milk and croissants along with the tea, ground coffee and sugar. This made our stay more pleasant and when we return we know not to bring these items. The flat was about a 15 minute walk to town so we left our car parked at the flat and walked in, saving us the parking charges. Although located on a fairly busy road we didn't hear any traffic noise once inside and it was also very quiet at night, we didn't hear any noise from the neighbours. The communal areas were also smart and well lit. Stephen, the host , was always helpful and quick to respond when I contacted him during the booking process and the day before our arrival. Thank you Stephen, we certainly hope to visit again.
