We are sorry that you were dissatisfied. As per our email, we again would like to say that if you had said anything to us at the time, we would have rectified it straight away. No lift and The number of stairs are both stated on the details which are available at the time of booking. Most of our guests read these, and are aware, and request a room on a lower floor if they have difficulty with stairs. As you did not inform us that you were leaving some time time in late evening, we did not have the option of making the room available to re-let. As we inform all our guests, we are always nearby even after all our guests are checking in. We regret that you were unable to stay.
