We offer this charming 210 m² house for rent in the commune of Chelles, which can accommodate up to 13 travelers. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

2nd floor:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A lovely 500 m² garden, not overlooked, private and fully enclosed.

The house is ideally located in Chelles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles). The parking lot is shared with the neighboring doctor's surgery (independent access).
