Nice place

We enjoyed the conforts and the sceneries. The WiFi coverage was marginal and the gas burners run hot. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.

Achtung nicht mieten !! Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung lebensgefährlich. Keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen, nur anzukippen im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette winzig klein und ohne Fenster. Ausblick auf einen Baum, insgesamt sehr dunkel. Zusammenfassung: diese Wohnung ist eine Zumutung!

Appartement propre, fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. La localisation est bien située, proche de tout (station de ski, grande ville, site touristique...) le logement est calme, reposant. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Location très bien située, propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et jolie. Quelques bémols quand même : une seule fenêtre donc pas d'aération possible (les chambres sont aveugles), pas d'extérieur pour les locataires et escalier d'accès très raide. La région étant topissime, on a passé un max de temps à la découvrir !

Appartement manquant de lumière naturelle, une seule fênetre dans séjour difficile d'aérer, pas de vue sur les paysages environnants, escalier difficile sans rampe, marchés étroites. La télévision, minuscule, hors service. Taxe de séjour réglée pour 4 personnes alors que nous étions que 2 personnes, les autres personnes absentes pour cause maladie.

Super logement pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans ). A proximité d'annecy et son lac avec pleins d'activités aux alentours. Un très bon accueil avec un panier garni. Je recommande fortement. Ce fut un élément séjour en famille.

Logement totalement conforme à la description ! Propreté irréprochable !! Cosy et fonctionnel ! Idéal pour notre famille de 4. Nos 2 fils (7 et 9 ans) étaient ravis de dormir à tour de rôle dans le lit superposé. L'endroit est dépaysant et très très calme ! Et merci à Lillia et Alban pour leurs petites attentions d'accueil :) Concernant l'emplacement, il est idéalement situé (environ 10 minutes d'Annecy et des gorges du Fier). Nous ne connaissions pas la région mais très contents d'avoir pu la découvrir. C'est magnifique !

APPARTEMENT DE QUALITE TRES PROPRE

L'appartement est rénové à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité, il est très propre. Il est appréciable de trouver les lits faits à votre arrivée avec le linge de toilette et un panier de bienvenue avec des produits locaux. La douche est spacieuse, bac de douche non glissant. La cuisine est bien équipée. Seul bémol, l'annonce ne précisait pas qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans les 2 chambres et dans la pièce ouverte faisant cuisine et salon, une seule fenêtre côté salon ne s'ouvrant qu'en la basculant. Nous aurions aimer pouvoir aérer davantage. D'autre part, le salon ne dispose que d'un canapé 2 places sans autre fauteuil ou assises mais nous étions et sur une journée 4 et donc le salon est un peu juste pour 3 ou 4 adultes.
