It’s not that I disliked the place. It was an average place. A bed to sleep in (not the most comfortable but it did fine after a long day of driving) friendly staff, easy check in. Dog pee area was far from where the room was which is a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night or while it’s cold and snowing. Anyway. Not bad. Not great. But did the job!

Perfect for a short stay
Check in took a little while. The front desk person didn't notice i was there until i said something but i think he was busy. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a king bed. Overall, we had a great time.

The bed was extremely firm, like a rock. The tv had issues turning on and then had to be unplugged in order to turn it off. There was a short in the plug. And it was very noisy in the hall and next door.... All night long

The end of a good run
We have been coming here for years and there was a wonderful family running it and it was clean and great place to stay, but now not so much. We arrived at our room and one of the beds looked like someone laid on it already, no coffee maker or little perks to motivate you to stay there. Unfortunately we will no longer stay there.

The room was clean and looked as though it had be recently updated. Wooden floors, comfy mattress, no chips or damage to anything in the room. There was no hairdryer, no shampoo or creme rinse, ice bucket, laundry bag and a TV that my husband finally figured out how to use. These items were at the office and you had to walk up to get them. The shampoo and creme rinse was in a vending machine to buy! There was also a $60.00 deposit on the room in case the guessed damaged the room. They assured me I would get my money back on my card if there was no damage to the room when the maid cleaned it. I doubt that I will stay there again.

For a quick stop, sleep, and shower, it did just fine. The pillows are the fluffy kind that your head sinks into, so I had to stack 3 of them to be comfortable. So, bring your own pillows. Otherwise, it was fine.
