Lady at front desk was very nice and the lobby is inviting. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom stocked with all the necessities. Only complaint was the indoor pool water was very cold . The main reason we stayed here was for the indoor pool . Diane Rogers

Nobody working at front desk when we left. We had a 3 day stay and each night we had to go back to front desk because our key cards would not work and had to be reset. Breakfast for 3 days in row was exact same with no variety

Our room was dirty! I have photos. The bathroom floor had not been clean for a while. The tub was scummy. The sink was only surface wiped and you could see dust around the ledge and behind the Kleenex box. The was a large amount of dust behind the fridge. I’m not sure if the sheets were clean but found hair in them which is possible. The room smelled like sweat. The continental breakfast wasn’t good either. I’m sorry I booked this hotel especially for the price of $180.

We liked quiet. We liked breakfast. My kids didn’t like the fact that rollaway was not available and rollout couch was not comfortable. The metal rods were sticking in their backs. It wasn’t much of a “suite” but it was clean. Communication with Travelocity needs to be improved so it didn’t say they had rollaways and we were told that after requested so we could have known and made another choice.

There was mold all around the bath tub, imagines online were very misleading. With the amount paid, I was highly disappointed at the cleanliness of this hotel.
