It took a moment to figure out the Parking Garage. The "walkable" sign entrance says Pinnacle although it goes By Citi Parking. The room was set at 64 degrees I think. Much too cold for us and with very high ceilings it took hours to warm up. The staff came to set out thermostat and later brought us a space heater. Very appreciated. We loved the space, the kitchen and the Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. In all very helpful for our stay.

Great building but...
Beautiful building in the perfect location. Staff was very freindly and the room was very clean. Everything appered recently updated. Now for the negative 1-star. The walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear all of the conversations and toliets flushing around you. The water in the showers is not very hot. The beds are on the hard side and uncomfortable. So this place is not ideal if you are a light sleeper

This is an old apartment building that was converted into a hotel. It is spacious, clean, & comfy. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Parking garage across the street. Recommend!

When our family travels, we like being able to stay in a space that feels like home. There was plenty of space and games to keep everyone occupied. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area were great for a meal together and the ping pong table as a plus.

This was our third annual visit. We love the large apartment-style rooms and always book one with a ping pong table. Very walkable neighborhood and the parking garage across the street is convenient and $20 for the night. There is a local brewery taproom in the lobby which was nice to hang out while waiting for check-in.

This place was amazing! So many games in the lobby to play, a brewery and eatery in the lobby, excellent staff, and the rooms are huge! We had a 2 br apartment with all the amenities except washer and dryer. Where else can you get all that??!! Id go back there again in a heartbeat.

We had a really good time here with our toddler, loved the community games. We got a very nice unit with 2 bedrooms but none of them had a window. So I would definitely request to have rooms with windows next time we come. Also, the coffee they have is really good!

There is no dedicated parking. Street parking costs unless you are parking after 6pm Friday through Monday 8am. And the parking garage that they say to use is about 40 yards away. Not that convenient. We did enjoy the room, very homey with the living room area and couch. However, there is no TV in the bedroom if that’s something you enjoy. And our tub did not drain well at all. There was also something white splattered on the wall underneath one of the bedside tables. More than likely will not be staying here again.
