There is a family bathroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower room. The living room is very spacious, with 3 sofas and an armchair, with south facing floor to ceiling windows and access onto the patio. The kitchen is fully furnished with dinning facilities for 6 and also leads onto the patio. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer, and more storage. The garden and patio area have dinning seating arrangements for 10 people. and then it is just a hop to the beach.
