Property was very clean even though they are remodeling the top three floors. There was a water leaking issue in the lobby when it was raining though. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were great!

I would stay here every time I go to Chatham. The staff is friendly and greets you every time you are around. The area around the property is quiet and not a lot of noise which allows for a night sleep

Nice to be right by the casino. Enjoyed having a swim to relax. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. All the workers at the hotel where great to deal with. Like there was restaurant right next door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . There is a lot of construction in the hotel. Im sure the room renovations will be beautiful. We found the furniture in our room to be very worn and dirty. The pool and pool deck is in need of repairs and cleaning.

Location good. Staff friendly. Very expensive since under construction. Elevator and pool had drywall dust and debris. I plan to visit Chatham again but $262. was way too expensive for one night in a hotel with on going construction. I need to find a hotel with more reasonable rates.

I really liked the staff, they were more than accommodating. The rooms including the front area were nice and clean. Nice and quiet,no noise, easy to sleep. They had feather pillows, what I use at home. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. What I didn't like was the view in the room, there was no view, also lots of stations on the tv, but no good programming. Pool had things floating in it. **Overall, great experience.**
