Wow, wonderful hotel! Felt like VIPs from check in to check out. Absolutely beautiful room as well as the rest of the hotel. Lots of choices at breakfast with fresh eggs cooked right there. We would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting PEI.

Incredible stay! This might be the best kept secret in Charlottetown. Rooms are large, clean and the decor and “old world charm” has a modern twist that feels warm and rich. Exceptional stay, would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, but…
Everything was amazing, except for one thing: their boiler system is outdated. Went on a weekday and the showers had no hot water. Spoke to the clerk who told me to wait it out one hour for the water to reheat. I guess other guests must have used up all of the hot water. After an hour, water was still cold so we were given a second room. The second room had enough hot water for two showers and a bath. That room ran out of hot water towards the end of the second bath. Other family members took a shower in the morning instead. The staff were super friendly and tried their best to fix the situation by offering us a second room; however, this was on a weekday in the fall. Can’t imagine what they’d do in this situation if the hotel was packed on a weekend during peak season.

This property was a happy surprise - we booked the luxury apartment and were bowled over when we opened the door. It was MUCH more than we expected - massive space with beautiful decor. The buffet breakfast (included in our rate) was great, and the staff are lovely. Terrific boutique hotel.
