No TV or fridge in rooms, couldn’t connect to WiFi in room. Dryer for clothes took 3 times to dry our clothes. Kettle in lounge had pieces of metal in it even after we rinsed and booked it twice.
Room is very basic and small, but we didn’t need much for our one night stay.
Parking not great but we got lucky with a metered spot right outside.
Hotel tells you when you check in that it is very basic rooms, including no TV.
Which is weird
Shower also a little weird. Smoky glass so you can see the silhouette of person in the shower or bathroom
The hotel is very basic, but if you're an easy traveller it's a perfect spot. We paid $10/night to have a bar fridge in our room, and the staff were prompt about bringing it right up! Amazing location!!! 10 minute walk and you're in the heart of everything.
We’ve been to PEI many times but this was our first stay at the Arts Hotel. We were surprised at how large our room was! Bed was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly. They warned us it might be loud since there’s a bar below but it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again.
Location great- walkable tk everything of interest. Room small but modern. TV, fridge, laundry, vending, and coffee vending service is all in a shared good-sized guest lounge. No on-site parking.
Very good economic option (plain but new, clean, and not too small). Located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is street parking and an all-day pay parking nearby.
Unique hotel in a great location. Very clean! Not a huge fan of the bathroom privacy (frosted glass from floor to ceiling for walls, with a sliding glass door) but it wasn't an issue. We were on the 3rd floor and we lucked out that it just happened to be very quiet for our stay, however the walls are thin and the door has gaps so I wouldn't describe it as a quiet hotel by any means. Overall we had a great stay and would likely stay again! Great value.
