The property was clean and well maintained. The gym and pool were very good, clean and in good condition. The rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

The wash basin sink was not draining properly. Earlier we got 202 room, which was noisy due to whistling sound coming from the shower head, the heat pump was rattling and the thermostat was not in sync. What we really liked is the breakfast, the staff, ample parking, cleanliness

Our flight didn’t leave until 7:30 PM so after checking out at 11 we had most of a day to spend time around Charlottetown. In the afternoon the front desk called me and said housekeeping found one of my AirPods in the bedding and asked if I was still in town or if they could mail it. Awesome!

This is a great hotel. Large rooms. Staff are so friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast and parking were nice! Check in was easy and counter staff so helpful. Heather at the breakfast bar couldn’t be friendlier
