Had a wonderful stay at the Omni. The completed renovation has remade the lobby into a wonderful cocktail lounge. They have a quick service area in the morning for Expresso and pastries and a full service restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner.

Loved the convenient location. A day before arriving, we received a text asking approximately arrival time and submit special requests. This we loved! So we replied pet accommodation. BUT after ARRIVAL and ALREADY in our room, we received a call from the front desk to please come by to sign a policy paper and it was then that we were told we COULD NOT leave our two dogs alone in the room at ANY time. We respect rules and policies as long as we learn them BEFOREHAND. So in summary: We lost our reservation to dine at a nearby restaurant on Thanksgiving Day, we had to cancel our tour of the nearby attractions and we ate the WHOLE time from room service. I suggest to send the policy about pets to guests ahead of time to avoid such unfortunate experience.

The bartender really did not pay much attention to me he was to focused on a couple of guys that were sitting there talking and i waited over 5 minutes just to get service. Thank goodnes another waiter came along and decied to serve me at another area in the bar to get my food and drink order.
