Fully furnished apartment in detached carriage house located in beautiful Belvedere neighborhood. This bright apartment has a separate bedroom with a new queen mattress, full kitchen, and full bath. The sitting area has a flat screen TV with antenna and Apple TV. There is WIFI access allowing for reliable internet connection when working from home. It has it's own stairway entrance separate from the main house. Ample free street parking is available in the front of the main house.

The Belvedere neighborhood is just outside Downtown Charlottesville and a short drive to beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain hikes, over 200 vineyards/breweries, and locally sourced restaurants. The nearby Rivanna River Trail is walkable from the apartment and the neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks and green space. The neighbors are wonderful! Many of them work at UVA or Martha Jefferson Hospital and/or currently rent to traveling nurses using Furnished Finder.

During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Downtown Mall. The apartment offers a washer.
