I booked my stay for 3 nights and only stayed for one. I came into my room and my sheets had a bloody spot on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk (second time) and demanded a new room for the night and a refund. They didn’t accommodate me with either. It took them five hours to give me fresh top sheets, that I put on myself. I had to handle and leave the dirty sheets outside my bedroom door. I don’t expect much from cheap hotels but hygiene at least where you sleep. Should be top priority. And that isn’t this hotels number one priority. The mold is unreal.

No housekeeping even when requested. Had to go to front desk for everything. Broken coffee machine. No plates at breakfast. Person just shrugged it off. Very noisy old AC unit. Noisy guests drinking beers outside until the morning. Nothing in the area. Old property. Should be closed , fixed and reopened after a job fair with staff who cares.

Had to wait forever for someone to show up at front desk just to check me in. Building is filthy. I stayed five nights and room was never cleaned. The refrigerator was broken and door wouldn’t close on its it was defrosting and water dripping everywhere. The toilet paper holder literally came out of the wall md left a huge hold there. Dirty and noisy and just an unpleasant experience.

Do not stay here. The hotel staff seemed like they just bought the hotel last week and had no clue how to run the place. The room we had smelled like mold, mildew, and stale food. When I asked for sheets for the pullout couch, the staff seemed annoyed and sent me with the assistant guy to the laundry room. While he rummaged through the items in the room, I watched several roaches crawl across the floor. When he returned, he only had two flat sheets and a pillow. No blankets or fitted sheets. We stayed for two nights. No room service. No clean towels. The back sliding doors to the building only allow you to exit. You cannot swip your room key to get back in the same way. We had to get new room keys made every time we left the room and the staff blamed us by telling us that we were deactivating the cards. Not even sure how to do that. Again, this place was gross and we will not be returning again.

There were guests screaming outside our window at 1am which was a little alarming and disruptive. The hotel was a little dumpy but it was a clean room in a relatively safe area at decent cost.

There was a homeless person at entrance. We booked a room with two double beds, they changed our reservation and gave us a room with a single bed. The carpet was dirty. There was only enough towels for one person. There were two of us. They did not clean the room, make the beds or give us fresh towels. If that hotel was under my name I would close it down. The property is not well maintained.

The room was definitely the best. The curtain was hanging half down, carpet looked filthy, bathroom was stained, ceiling had water stains. Lobby furniture was worn out and there was not much food options for breakfast. Really disappointed.

This property is in urgent need of renovation. The airport shuttle was one hour late in pickup. The desk person could not tell me the local TV channel number (and there was no list in the room), breakfast was very limited and uninviting. The air-conditioner made noise all night. I would not recommend staying there.

The Hotel was messy, rooms looked like construction was still going on - holes in the walls , bathtub / shower had a mat in the tub that had mold underneath , there was only 1 number which is 0 to call the front desk or anyone but the front desk person was on the phone with personal business so we had to go down to the lobby to talk to someone about the room. They asked what time we needed a shuttle to the airport , we told them 5 am but they put us down for 4 am - then our flight got changed so again I had to go downstairs to change the shuttle to 6 am because the line was busy for 30 minutes. The shuttle to the airport was a Mr. Toad ride where we were going 50 MPH on a curve that said 20 MPH way to fast and too tense.

Upon arival late in the evening, we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned since the last check out (beds not made, dirty towel on bathroom floor, trash in trash can, etc). When we went back to the front desk, we waited for about 5-7 minutes and were then told there were no more double queen rooms that were clean, which is what we booked, so we were given a king room. The 2nd room was clean but the remote didnt work so we manually had to control the tv with the buttons on the tv itself. After about an hour of watching TV the picture switched to flasing colors. We had to turn the tv off for 20-30 minuites and turn it back on to get the picture to come on again but again, after about an hour, the picture would go out again.
