My visit was extremely wonderful. I arrived early from my flight and did not have the unpleasant time of waiting until 4pm check in. Room was absolutely fantastice and I will stay there for my future trips to Charlotte. I have relatives there, but my stay at Wingate by Wynham great and I enjoyed my personal space there. And one last high point. I was allowed little longer to make sure I had everything. Diane at the front desk was outstanding, pleasant, and very professional. Very knowlegable with regards to places to dine, stores, etc. But what made you stand out, and put tou on top of the world was, "location, location, location!" Just can't beat that, along with limo service to and from the airport. Thank you for the wonderful 4 days I stayed at you hotel. Thumbs up, and 10 pats on the back!

Although they offer shuttle service, I came in to the airport at 10 pm and up to 11:30 pm when I was able to get help to call, I did not see one shuttle. Let guests know they need to request the shuttle. Then in the morning, even though the desk person told me breakfast was available until 10 am, when I went down at 9:30 am, nothing was available because it ends at 9 am. on weekdays. The one plus was that the bed was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep well. Overall, I was not happy.

We got in at 2:30 am on a late flight and asked for a 5:30 am wake up call. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we got into our room, it had a nasty smell, musty, yuck. We were so tired that we didn't ask for a change of rooms. We never got a wake up call.
