Front staff was AMAZING (Alicia), also the GM was sooooo helpful. New hotel, my choice hotel moving forward if in Charlotte. Convent location, so much eatery around. Worth the money, brand new build.

Book at your own risk.
Book at your own risk. Cut hotel that can charge you full price for a room but can't guarantee a parking space on the property. They have more rooms than parking spaces and you may have to park somewhere off property and put your car at risk of being towed. When you speak to a manager or staff about the issue they shrug because honestly they dont care. nowhere to park after paying to stay there is a you issue not a Tru issue. General manager will police you on your tone when you voice frustrations and will even speak to you inappropriately but cares not about customer experience. 0/10 would not recommend.

Don’t assign rooms that are occupied
Got to the hotel after midnight after being delayed at the airport because of the crowdstrike nightmare. Hotel clerk gave me a key to a room that was occupied. Scared some poor lady half to death because of this failure. Unbelievable. How does that happen???

The hotel was clean and convenient to highways. However, the A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. There was no coffee maker in the room (although coffee was available in the lobby).
