Good option in Charlotte
Nice place and quiet, although the 'stove' is a small cooktop and if you're not driving, it's a 1/2 block on gravel to get to the tiny home. Not very convenient with a suite case.

Adorable Little House in Convenient Location
The Tiny House was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured: very clean and cute and it was super convenient to visit our son in Plaza Midwood. Great spot if you have a dog as we walked through Cordelia Park each morning to grab a coffee in NODA. I would definitely return again next time we come to Charlotte.:)

Amazing space!
I needed a place to stay for one night with my two small dogs and this fit the bill perfectly! It’s in a lovely neighborhood and was easy in and out for me. The decor was very nice and I wished I could have stayed a couple of extra days! I also accidentally left some medication and the owners were very prompt in responding to my communications and got it back to me. I highly recommend this lovely little place to stay.

The underground event
I brought my 2 teenagers for a concert at The Underground. Since this was our first time in Charlotte, I was a little afraid to stay so close to the city . I’m very pleased I chose the “ tiny house” for our stay ! I felt it was cleaner than any hotel we would have stayed at . The neighborhood felt very safe and was pretty quiet ( other than the traffic noise that us country bumpkins are not used to. Ha ha . ) It only took us about 13 min to get back from the venue, and the drive was not filled with heavy traffic. We were looking forward to eating at the optimist food hall but when we got there they were closed because they were redoing the floors . Looked like a neat place to visit and eat though. We never did find the 24 hour bakery . When I googled the closest 2 were an 8-10 min drive and were all closed at 10pm, so maybe an address of said bakery would be helpful. Maybe that could be added with some other names and addresses and hung on the fridge ? Just a suggestion. Also a spare blanket for the 3rd person would be nice . Myself and 2 teens could not comfortably fit in a queen bed , so 1 took the couch. Thankfully I had brought a blanket from home . We had zero complaints about our stay . I was so pleased walking into the tiny house because the AC felt so good after being out in the temps in the 90s with humidity you could feel when you took a breath. Would definitely stay here again if we were to travel to Charlotte again.

Great place for a getaway with your partner
My boyfriend and I were looking for a good spot that was close to NoDa and central to good restaurants/nightlife. Great tiny house that was clean and comfortable a very modern. Has a great shower, little kitchen, fridge, and a good sized couch in there that worked perfectly for us! I wouldnt recommend more than two people staying here because though it is spacious, adding one more person would be far too much (I mean it is a tiny house lol). I would say the only two things to be mindful of is the gravel road alley that leads to the house that our ubers/lyft pick us up and drop us off at the very top of the alley and we walked back down to the house. So if you're wearing heels or nicer shoes while trying to catch an uber it isn't the most ideal. The other would be that you are sharing a yard with the main house that is also a rental property. We said hello to someone that thought was our host but ended up being a guest. Luckily they were very sweet and were never an issue. Communicaton with our host was great and was awesome. Highly recommend for a stay in Charlotte!

Great Property
I had a great stay. Property Manager was flexible and allowed me to adjust my scheduled dates. Location was a little confusing- tucked back behind a gravel road next to a larger house. But for the price it was more than worth the initial confusion.

Excellent Stay
Overall great property for our short stay! Clean, excellent design/layout, it was nice to have the washer/dryer in there for us to work on some laundry halfway through our road trip as well. They had suggestions on places to visit, and they were top notch! Highly recommend Amélie’s French Bakery & Café! It was a great stop on our way out of town the next morning!
