My stay here was ok…honestly no complaints about the hotel itself. My only complaint is that the $50 hold they put on my card was never returned, even after my bank released it on their end.

Stayed in a 1bedroom suite, the space & size of the room was great along with the very comfortable king size bed. Check-in was crazy because I had prepaid & they wanted me to fill out a credit card authorization form when my friend arrive before me. I stay at Staybridge everytime I come to Charlotte so I was a little surprise about the check-in which has never happened before. They acted as if my reservation wasn't even in the system when it actually was, then another worker walked up looked in the system & everything was fine. Judgement of people was terrible.

Not perfect, but great!
We've stayed here before and we love this hotel. The location is great, the guest service is great, the rooms are always comfortable and clean (with the exception of occasionally finding strands of hair in the bathroom), and the breakfast is a hit or miss. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Overall it's a nice hotel and on the "miss" mornings, there's a First Watch within walking distance for you to grab breakfast there. Overall 8/10. Will definitely be returning!

The front desk - she had black / purple like hair was very rude upon check in. Not welcoming or warm at all. Another patron asked for extra towels and she was rude to him. I understand that we have bad days but I travel frequently and this was a family vacation and I did not receive a positive experience.
