The front desk - she had black / purple like hair was very rude upon check in. Not welcoming or warm at all. Another patron asked for extra towels and she was rude to him. I understand that we have bad days but I travel frequently and this was a family vacation and I did not receive a positive experience.

Overall a good stay for a family trip. There was plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. Downside is housekeeping, I think you have to request it. We took the sign down and never received housekeeping for our 5 day stay. We were able to request towels at front desk and they were prompt. The staff was very pleasant. The best part of the stay was the area. There is a beautiful walking trail including a fitness trail. I walked for over 2 hours and its absolutely beautiful. Everything is walking distance or within a 10 min drive.
