Clean and comfy
The stay was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite and accommodating. There is a parking fee - about $5. In the hotel, sound travels well near the stairs and there were people (kids, maybe?) running up and down the stairs until well after midnight. I sleep heavy, it didn't matter to me. Others heard it though. Breakfast was pretty healthy fare.

At my stay one of the pillow cases had some many stains on it I couldn’t believe someone would put that pillow case on a pillow I went to the front desk to show the clerk she didn’t care all she did is write what room is was in so she can have someone remove the pillow case no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Normally Springhill Suites are really nice but this one in Charlotte. Southwest is a no go

I've stayed at this property many times over the years. This time, the comforter had stains of old blood which was shocking and unsanitary. I may need to rethink staying there again.

Overall, the place was great. The showers were very warm, but not hot. The breakfast was all right, but had very few choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property could use some updating, but it wasn't bad. I would stay there again.

Very clean and excellent layout of room. Only complaint was we booked for four adults and only had three sets of bath linens. When we asked front desk for additional bath linens they didn't have enough extra to give us.

The heat in room didn't work at all so we had to sleep in hoodies to stay warm. All they told us was maintenance had to fix it later. The bed wasn't that comfortable as previous SpringHill Suites. The occupants on our floor were loud and opening doors all night
