Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. When my family and I arrived, the receptionist was lying down on the lobby sofa and yelled at us, “What you want”? Later she started yelling at us and making loud, strange moaning noises. What sort of hotel allows paid staff to behave like this at their establishment and treat paying customers this way?

The free shuttle service to the airport was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My daughter was arriving earlier and I explained that she needed to check in earlier and there was no problem. She said the shuttle was very easy to get and only about 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very spacious clean and had a really nice work area. Very close proximity to the VA hospital and airport yet still a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again.

Bring your own pillows!
The entire stay from check in to check out was INCREDIBLE! The service, the room,...the hot chocolate! BUT and I hate there's a but, but the pillows are terrible. I felt as though I was being suffocated as they wrapped around my head. Othervthan tgat it was an awesome place snd when we come back to Charlotte we'll be stayin' there....I'll just pack a pillow.

Nice property. A lot of construction occurring around the property. Unsure where the smell of raw sewage was comming from, but the smell was terrible the night i stayed. Staff was friendly. Could use more dining options in the area.

Charging for parking in the hotels parking lot was crazy wrong, you pd for reservations to stay that should be good enough, to me that is not a far deal for guest. Unless you were paying a hard to watch cars 24-7. Then there should be a hard house with cameras on cars.
