Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. All guests must complete online check-in process to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per each hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
5. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
6. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
10. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.
11. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
