Overall the staff was friendly. The property was worn and in disrepair chipped paint in my bathroom stain ceiling tiles in the main atrium swimming pool out of service definitely needs updating great location but update is needed

We stayed at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel. We booked through Expedia online with no problems. The hotel was very nice and our check in was easy. There was a charge on our bill that they didn't mention, but it was just a hold for the room and it came off later. It doesn't have a free breakfast. It is a pet friendly hotel, but we did not have a pet. But the people with pets were on a different side than regular guests which was nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here to go to the football game. They were nice enough to shuttle us to the game and they usually only shuttled to the airport. We would definitely stay here again. Great Place to Stay!!

Look before sitting on shuttle
The room was fine. Clean. Restaurant was very good. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which is helpful. The only complaint I have is that when I sat down on the shuttle seat, there was exposed metal sticking up. I didn’t notice it and it bruised me badly. It looked like it was possibly a part of the seatbelt that should have had plastic covering it.
