The sheets on the bed had not been changed. There was hair on the bed so I requested to change sheets. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. My concern is if they didn't change the sheets what else was overlooked? Spacious room. Great view

The property itself is a great stay. Ms. Carol is an absolute joy. She does check in and is very knowledgeable about the area. The property itself is wonderful. The only downside is the extreme homeless population that hangs out in city center. That is obviously not a reflection on the property itself.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and had a little kitchen. We were in town for the Bengals/Panthers game and could easily walk everywhere we went. We would definitely stay there again next time in Charlotte.
