Nice hotel
We enjoyed a Christmas trip to Charlotte and Residence Inn at Charlotte City Center met our expectations. It is located next to the rail transportation center and was very quiet and safe. The employees were nice and helpful, especially the girl who worked the breakfast area. We would stay here again.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great! We went to watch our first NBA and NFL games. The Bank of America stadium for NFL was minutes away and the Spectrum Center for NBA was within walking distance. I loved its locations convenience.. there were food places everywhere!! Would definitely book there again. The place was clean and the room was much bigger than most hotels.

I liked the look of the rooms and the building. I did not like the breakfasts: very wet eggs , rubbery sausage , no ice for the drinks.. waffle maker barely worked. It was awful age the beds are so hard! And I reported a wallet stolen/lost and the wallet has Apple air tag.. as soon as I reported it the wallet was moved from it’s original spot and they have not gotten back to me about it. I am disgusted word this hotel! It’s pretty but it’s awful!

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our 2-day stay. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Also, we heard no noise in the hallway or in neighboring rooms even though it was a weekend. We were in town for a Hornets game and the Residence Inn was the perfect location to stay at. It was within a just a few minutes walk to the Spectrum Center. CVS was right around the corner which was convenient. However, there were few dining options within walking distance. We had a car so we drove to find a restaurant. This was especially necessary because it rained both days that we were in Charlotte. I would definitely stay there again.
