For your convenience parking is extremely close to the entrance. nice size front and back yard for you to enjoy our wonderful charlotte weather. Both rooms have walk in closets with hangers. Both beds have high end top quality mattresses and linens so you can rest peacefully. The apartment has smart lock, an alexa in the kitchen and smart tv in the living room an in one of the bedrooms. Luxury shower with hot and cold water top tier showerhead. First bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen Tempurpedic the living room has a sofa sleeper that turns in to a queen bed. Free coffee and snacks! washer and dryer inside the unit. For your security and our, Cameras are located all around the outside of the property.

We expect that everyone treats our property with respect and leaves the property appropriately tidy upon departure. Excessive charges from our cleaning crew will be charged back.
